Arkadin Express services include free web conferencing. To be able to use the web conferencing solution, an Arkadin Express conference must be opened.
How does it work?
1- Start or join the Arkadin Express audio conference, then go to this page or click on "Start" at the top of the page.
2- Please follow the instructions and enter the Arkadin Express PIN code of the meeting. That's it, you are connected to the web conference.
3- Then, to check your identity, just dial on your phone the 4 digits number appearing in the middle of your computer screen, followed by #.

I can’t enter into the web conference.
You can’t use Arkadin Express web conferencing services without using Arkadin Express audio conferencing. Please be sure you have joined an audio conference.
I want to share a document with participants.
You must be the moderator, or the moderator must have promoted you as a presenter. Then click on the "Add a document" icon and choose the file you want to upload and share. The supported document formats are: .doc .docx .gif .jpg .pps .ppt .pptx .txt .xls .xslx. When the file has been downloaded on our server, you can see each page of the document appearing on your screen. Choose the one you want to share, it will appear in the middle of your screen and in a full page screen to all participants at the same time.
I’d like to share my desktop
You have to be the moderator, or have been promoted by the moderator as a presenter. Click on the icon “Sharing Desktop”.
