How does it work?
1 - Before your conference, please call the Arkadin Express audio conferencing number on 0844 581 4444
2 - Dial on your phone the Arkadin Express PIN code shared by the moderator followed by #
3 - You start or join the conference.

Available features during my audio conference:
I want to mute/unmute my own microphone during the conference call
Press *1 to mute or unmute your own microphone.
I want to mute/unmute all participants’ microphones during the conference call
To mute or free all participants’ microphones, press *2 during the conference.
I want to know how many participants are in the conference call
Press *3 to know how many people are in the conference.
I would like to record/download/share the conference call
To activate the recording, press *4 when you are in the conference. All participants will be informed at the same time of the start of the recording. You can also permanently activate this feature from the AUDIO SETTING area on our website.
I want to lock the conference call access to new participants
Press *5 to lock or unlock the conference call access.
